Temply is an on-demand labour market platform that helps employers to get quick access to the best possible qualified employees, and workers to get the best jobs possible matching their competencies and wishes working with what they want when they want, where they want - giving the best possible motivated employees.

The system automatically handles everything administratively - such as contracts, timer registration, payroll, etc. - so no administrative burden. Only job satisfaction.

How it works

Companies indicate who they need, where and when, and candidates matching will automatically be notified and can apply with one click, and the user company selects the one(s) they find best for the job. Simple as that.

Agreement terms and conditions

This agreement is entered into between your company (hereinafter referred to as the User Company) and Temply ApS, CVR 38346598 (hereinafter referred to as the Application), and acts as a user agreement where the User Company leases staff through the Application.

The User company finds, selects and gets the employees themselves, through the Application, and agree on pay, start time, duration, working hours, workplace, extension, etc., directly with the employees through the Application, which is agreed upon and confirmed in the application.

Hourly rates

As a company, you are obliged to state and give employees legal remuneration, according to your possible union agreement, company duties or what may determine salary in your company.

If changes are made to the user's payroll obligations, including changes in any local agreements, customs, etc., you are obliged to correct this in the application.

If the company has no agreement, it must be paid according to the applicable agreement in the area of ​​work covered by: Storage: 3F / Storage. Industry: Industry Agreement. Office: HK. Construction & Construction: 3F Byg.

If the company states salary, allowances and terms that do not comply with the applicable collective agreement in the area covered by the work, the application is entitled to change this and post-invoice any difference.

The application is a member of the relevant employers' organizations and follows and shall follow those agreements govern by those, and automatically pays all legal social costs, such as pension, holiday pay, competence development fund, free choice account, holiday pay, sickness benefit, ATP, G-days etc.

Cancellation of job:

If you find out on the day that the worker will not be needed anyway, we recommend that you send an email or call the Application and inform us.

If the worker is first informed that the worker in question must not show up anyway until 2 hours before the start time of the job, the substitute must have been paid for half a working day, however a minimum of 4 hours.

Try and hire

The User Company can employ temp employees from the Application directly in the User Company, in one of the following 2 ways:

1. After a temp employee has worked 480 working hours in the User Company, the User Company can be freely employed the temp directly in the User Company free of charge.

2. If the user company wishes to hire a temp employee before the temp employee has performed 480 working hours for the user company, the Application will charge a recruitment fee corresponding to 1 monthly salary for the temp employee in question.

Deviations from this must be agreed individually between the User Company and the Application.

Time registration and settlement

Hours worked is specified by the employee in the application and approved by the User company in the application.

Approved hours form the basis of billing.

Hours must be approved or rejected by latest the Wednesday of the week after the work has been completed. If they do not, hours will automatically be approved.

Social costs and administration fees are set as shown in the application.

All prices are excl. VAT.

Terms of payment

The User Company is billed weekly, with a 14 days net payment deadline.

In case of late payment, interest is calculated at 2% per commenced month from the due date.

The application credit insures User Companies in a credit insurance company. If the user company can not be approved, the user company is automatically informed and security must be provided using the application.

The Application may update Terms and Conditions at any time.
