3. What type of data we collect

The service processes personal data about the individual user in connection with the payment of his salary, etc. The processed personal data may include the following:

• Full name

• Telephone number

• Address

• Email address

• Date of birth

• Bank information

• Profile picture

• Rating

• Crime register, and related information

• Social security number.


We use Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation as a legal basis for processing this information, as it is personal data needed to be able to offer you work.

In connection with the payment of salary in the current employment relationship, we process information about you, including bank details and social security number. We forward this information to our partner company Gigapay, which pays out your salary. For more information about Gigapay's terms and conditions, see: https://gigapay.co/terms/

Gigapay forwards the information to the Swedish Tax Agency for use in taxing your salary. We process this information due to section 11 of the Data Protection Act and Article 6 (1) (c) of the Data Protection Ordinance, as this processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations under tax legislation.

In addition, additional personal data that the individual has actively provided during the application is processed, e.g. additional information that the registered parts via the Service.
