With Temply, you’re in control. You decide who you want to hire. When you choose a temp, you can do it based on his/her competencies, resume, and ratings from other employers on our platform.

Temply gives you access to more than 10,000 temps. You can easily create job ads and book temps - also when you’re on the go. But even though technology is amazing, people are at the heart of what we do. You can reach us every weekday from 6am to 5pm.

We handle the paperwork

We take care of everything that relates to contracts, paychecks, work agreements, compliance, etc. This means that you’ll be able to focus on what’s actually important for your business.

Create your profile

It’ll take you roughly 3 minutes to create your profile. You can do either on the website or the app.

Create job

Put in the relevant information such as job title, salary and hours. As a part of Dansk Industri, we make sure everything is compliant with the law and labour rules.

Post the job

The job will be sent out to the relevant temps. Our workforce consists of more than 10,000 motivated temps.

Choose your temp

You - and you alone - choose your temps based on their Temply profile and ratings from other employers.
